It's rain. Don't be literally fairweather.

A lot of adults don't mind sitting through the rain. But many families with children just aren't going to do it. And it's probably not as simple as just leave the kids at home last minute because of rain.

When I have kids, it probably will become more difficult to manage them with hard rain. I wasn't directing that at families.

My wife and I will be there rain or shine rootin!!

Younger daughter will be getting wet with the MRD's I guess!!

Will be there... but probably not as much tgate as usual. We were gonna come up and watch Field hockey first, then tgate but now will probably have to just come for the tgate at about 3. My 7 year old will only last so long, especially if the moonbounce is not up!

How will you possible drink enough before the game if you wait until 3 to start?

I once was late to MRD warmup because of a 757 gig the night before & UVA/VPI&SU game traffic on 64W in Charlottesville. I called a friend who wasn't a tailgater & made them arrive at my apartment in Harrisonburg when I did. Proceeded to put on my MRD uniform in this fashion:

1 sock on, 1 shot down
2nd sock on, 2nd shot down
Etc...

Ten minutes later I was in uniform & heading to the game in the passenger's seat. It took me a grand total of 12 minutes to get hammered if I remember correctly. Pretty crazy pregame show that day vs. Towson. I was a freaking teeter-totter out there.

Looking at the future cast...looks like definite rain, but may not last as long as we are thinking. Mountain may be breaking up a lot of it. We shall see though. They dropped the percent back down to 60% and 35% before 6 PM.
