NO! If you are part of the right race or political party you are immune from anything the justice system can throw at you. Eric Holder isn't interested in justice, his main duty is to act as a goalie and block all attempts at it.

I am more concerned with our federal courts now being used as a legislative branch.

I have faith in juries more so than judges.
The really curious thing I have found fro post-trial jury interviews is that juries never really understand the case but somehow get to the right answer far more often than not. Of course, my experience was mostly woth complex commercial litigation which was probably hard for jurors to understand.
I remember a $20 million case that the jury decided--correctly--because they didn't like the tie that one of the attorneys wore to court one day.

Well if they don't do it O has to write and decide laws.
Just put off a part of Obamacare, no big deal that the law calls for it to go into effect long before then.
Could just give the House and Senate time off.

After reading that, if I could vote NO twice, I would.

Sweet Jesus. I would not want my life in the hands of 12 people who would hold my attorney's tie against me.

Nope. When neckties and sensationalized media dominate over truth I have doubt a jury of my peers (or a judge) would be able to actually administer justice.
People are crazy and that's a fact you can take and use forever.

No.
In my divorce, I was forced to pay 25% of my income to my ex-wife for 14 years even though we had the exact same income and we split custody of the kids.
Then, when my daughter was ready for college, my ex-wife asked me to pay for it. She had spent my money on remodeling her house, several cruises, a ($$$) sports car, etc.

Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. It's something to be extremely skeptical of though.

Did you end up having to pay for all of it? Hopefully not...
And no.

Holder, President Obama and Napolitano have only made it worse. Thank goodness she resigned today.

The amount of justice one gets is directly proportional to the amount of cash they have to defend themselves....so...No.
I agree with Owl that juries try to render justice. The system often prevents that.

Yes, for 14 years. I hired two attorneys (one male, one female). They said that in Texas, the man pays child support to the woman unless the woman has a criminal record ... even if the woman has a higher income. In our case, we had the same income.
She has a really sweet, expensive sports car. I drive a nice (but plain) 2013 Nissan Sentra.

RE: Do you have faith that justice prevails in the Judicial system of today?
No. There are several major flaws:
1) Having an inexhaustible supply of cash can get you off just about anything.
2) Judges are politically appointed and increasingly political in their rulings.
3) Jury nullification is almost never explained the jury.
4) The jury consists of average Americans selected at random. I don't know if you've seen what we've elected the last few decades ... but a random sampling of people who think Congress is doing a good job or that Obama is great or that Dubya is great ... that's terrifying.
5) Sentencing is often the product of gung ho prosecutors looking to make a name for themselves by being tough on crime. Life for three counts of marijuana possession? GTFO.
6) The police have ENORMOUSLY swing the balance of power and burden of proof. The NSA already has all your **** tapped. A cop can say keywords to get a dog to alert and bam he can search you instantly without real cause. And if they really want to avoid hearing from you, they'll just break you door down, throw in a flashbang, then run a military style MOUT campaign in your living room in full paramilitary gear with fully automatic assault rifles, shoot your pets, and shoot you with the claim of "HE WAS COMIN' RIGHT FOR US!". The police union will assure no statements are made. The cops will get "punished" with paid desk time or leave for a few days. And life moves on.
7) The media is more interested in what Lindsey Lohan is stuffing in her nose and ****** than anything remotely resembling investigative journalism.
