A top 15 JUCO player overall nationally and the MVP of a 34-2 team. We also got Prince Williams who did very well backing up the PG position the last 2 months of the season after Gaines went down. Both are 6-4.

You guys talked a lot of crap about our last JUCO Kemp and about how great Nickerson was going to be and how bad Kemp was. You see how that worked out. Kemp's in NBA camps and had one of the best seasons in the nation last year. You also talked a lot of crap about building a program with transfers or JUCO's and you've basically have become Transfer U to fill holes from all the attrition you've had, many from the high schoolers like Nickerson you recruited leaving.

I'd worry a lot less about our PG position than I would going into a season with only 3 players over 6-3. You got no one to guard big wings and you are one injury away from Lester or Williams manning the PF for much of the game and their shorter than both of our PG's.

How many tournament teams did you beat last year? How many top 100 rpi teams last year? How many non-D1 wins did you have last year? What was the average RPI of all the teams you beat in the CIIIITTT? When was the last time Lebo had stool?

I saw a guy that looked very similar to Lebo wearing this shirt today:

So that might answer your question. Unless he was wearing it ironically. Is Lebo a hipster?

So seriously who gets to play back up PF for you guys next year? Is it 6-3 Terrance Williams or 6-3 Lester? Who is going to start hitting three's on the worst 3 point offense in the nation, the Tulane walk on?

I feel a lot better about our PG situation than I would with some of the question marks you guys have. That's for sure.

Antonio Robinson
11.5 ppg
5.9 rpg
4.7 apg
2.7 spg
50.2%...FG
39.7%...3's
77%..... FT

He played for a 34-2 JUCO team, I'd imagine he was sitting on the bench a large portion of the time with the game in hand, but either way he scored efficiently and had a very good assist to turnover ratio over 2 to 1.

Lets contrast that to what your "stud" Non Qualifier Lester did vs NC HIGH SCHOOL farmboys

14.8ppg
7.5rpg
2.6apg
2.0spg
36.5% FG
23.7% 3's
57.4% FT

Guy can't throw it in the ocean, but he's supposed to be your big newcomer on the wing.

Why don't you answer the questions?

The info is all right here, you can look up all the breakdown of all the wins, you know all of the season that it takes into account.

http://warrennolan.com/basketball/2013/rpi

#67 ECU
#81 UNCC

Now, you answer. Who is your back up PF? 6-3 Williams or Lester? Who is going to knock in 3's for the worst 3 point offense in the nation last year? The Tulane walk on or the new wing that shot 23% in high school? Valid questions I would say if you want to question our JUCO PG.

Your answer is 3. They came in the last 3 games of the season, and they were against teams ranked 98, 90, and 78.

For what it's worth, the NPI has ECU at 99 and Charlotte at 92. I mean if we are going to pull out stats from after the regular season is over, we might as well include them all.

NPI is nolan's personal formula and not one fo the formulas used in the selection process. The RPI formula is the primary along with Sagarin and Pomroy where we are higher there as well.

I honestly don't care if it says they were a little higher really. I've said all along we had similar seasons, although I like how we actually improved over the course of the year and not colapsed. That's the point though, we are winning just as much or more the last 3 years under our current coaches, and now we have a major recruiting chip they don't moving forward. We are the more viable option if you can't go to the ACC but still want teams like UConn, Memphis, and Cincy in your arena every year.

I want him to answer my questions now. They have 3 players over 6-3, who is your back up PF?

He will keep pimping Warren Nolan stats because it serves his agenda. Everyone know that RPI is a meaningless stat once post season tournaments have been decided. He will cry about something else after we beat them again this year even if the game is played in March.

http://espn.go.com/mens-college-basketba...teamId/151

http://www.rpiforecast.com/teams/East%20Carolina.html

http://www.cbssports.com/collegebasketba...na-pirates

And for the record our back power forward will be a freshman. Just like last year.

http://espn.go.com/college-sports/basket...on-blakely

That same game we shot 11% from 3 point land and beat you by 12.

Same garbage from this moron just a different day.

We could go with Pomroy if you like, we were ranked higher there too and the NCAA uses it in the selection process and it updates all year.

Quote:Everyone know that RPI is a meaningless stat once post season tournaments have been decided.

The formula is the formula and people trying to compare actual seasons like we are doing usually include the whole season when judging teams 03-idea

Quote:He will cry about something else after we beat them again this year even if the game is played in March.

False, your team colapes, while we finish playing our best. Happens nearly every year. Just like how we have finished ranked higher every year in the end. Regardless, even if you want to call it similar. That's fine, we are winning at least as much and have been for several years and beating you on recruits, finishing stronger, and are going places your program isn't like the AAC.

Quote:And for the record our back power forward will be a freshman. Just like last year.

So who is your back up Center then? I had him penciled in there. 6-3 Lester? You got 3 players over 6-4. You don't think that is a problem? You do relize you have to practice against each other dont you? Those Clayton vs Terrance Willams matchups on the blocks everyday will be awesome.

We might take a step back, that's yet to be seen. What we have seen is that your team was a shell of itself after you lost Mayfield, and you got tons more questions than we do about how you fell apart even with the players you return. No one would trade, teams, programs etc with you at this point. Got AAC?

JonesyBonesy: We have the chip!
Charlotte: We don't care.
JonesyBonesy: We had a better end-of season RPI!
Charlotte: end-of-season RPI doesn't matter.
JonesyBonesy: Who's your backup PF!?
Charlotte: Freshman named Cameron Blakley
JonesyBonesy: OH YEAH!? WELL WHO'S YOUR BACKUP CENTER!? HA! GOT YA!

Start a poll on the board which basketball program you would rather, Charlotte or ECU? Even better start one on the AAC board, you know the board of that amazing "blue chip" conference you be a bottom dweller of? I'd be surprised if you had the guts.

It's more simple than that. All I would have to do is go on your board and pull one of the many threads where your fanbase has melted down about dropping down to CUSA 3.0 for basketball, and the hate we got when we got the Big East invite. Your fanbase would trade in a heart beat, and you've already admitted we are having at least similar success, and we are beating you out for recruits already and have similar facilities and support. You got nothing on us today or moving forward and I know for a fact you would love to have schools like UConn, Cincy and Memphis in the arena every year to recruit against.

I've never admitted that your basketball program is even close to ours. I think your program is garbage and will always be until you win a conference championship or get an at-large bid. Doesn't matter to me how many teams from one-bid conferences you beat in a tournament for 133rd place or what conference you are in.

Like I said, you won't do the poll because have no guts or sack. Just like when you disappear from NNN every year after we beat you.

It's not close now. We got a status you don't moving forward.

I got banned about the time we got our AAC/Big East basketball invite and it was clear your team wasn't coming out of the nose dive. You guys couldn't handle the two together I suppose.

No clue. I was a member for 7 years so I think it had more do to with them being butthurt about their colapse and ECU just having been admited to the Big East in basketball because I never changed.

He/she was banned because he/she would come to the board talking crap every year and when ECU got beat he/she wouldn't show up July/August of the next year.

Once again he/she is spineless and can't back up his or hers mouth.
