I dunno...I've been pretty excited about every Rice bowl in my lifetime (3 so far)...

Probably the Riceland Foods Arkansas Rice Bowl. I'd go if they had a C-USA tie in.

Rumor on the SBC board is that CUSA doesnt want more bowls with the SBC. I would imagine they are trying to get AAC or MWC deals done.

I have no interest in seeing a MTSU/ASU bowl matchup and I bet MTSU fans would feel the same. Maybe a few years down the road.

I don't think we're "ducking" them. It's already been said that C-USA is in talks with AAC to start a new bowl in Florida. Each league only has so many teams to go around.

This proliferation of bowl games is getting out of control. Wow.

Arkansas is one of the nation's leading rice growing states. No kidding.

I prefer that Lundberg Wehani Brown rice produced in California. I guess that's because I'm a gourmet loving, private school type of m-f'er.

Seriously at least it is a food/agriculture name! Aren't you guys sick of names based on corporations rather than the more classic names? For instance Peach was so much better than Chik Fillet for a bowl name. Tangerine is better than what it became (Champ Bowl?). At least to me. If it was not for history would Sugar, Orange, or ROSE (flowers really?) sound better?

I demand that more bowls go to more classic sounding names! lol
