Wouldn't surprise me if UT was wavering about even taking an invite and simply waited too long, after all the home sites were determined. Texas has one of the biggest sports budgets in the B12.

Texas has the largest athletic department budget period. Their home court is being used in the NCAA tournament.

ECU absolutely needs to run the table in the CIT. There really isn't anyone on there that scares me except Tulane.

If you guys can't win against that field, you should just go ahead shut it down.

Don't know much about Elon other than they also played a few D2, D3 teams... their record looks a bit inflated to me. But again, I haven't watched them play. I know we beat some of the same teams.

You haven't seen the level of the refs they get for the CIT. They are god awful. There is no telling which way any of the game will go in the CIT. Our game against Jacksonville St. Two years ago and SMU's where two of the worst officiated games I think I've ever seen in college basketball. One of the refs working our games had only ever called 5 college games ever, only two were D-1 games.

I guess I should have asked if there was a perception difference between the two. For those that attempted to answer without being a *******, thanks, to those that couldn't help themselves, bugger off.
