So now Mathis, Randall & O'Niell are using video to establish fouls. Just marking down the date and time that we have a new precedence set. ASW was hit with a flagrant foul while boxing out, but nobody saw it in real time.

I saw it. He hit him in the face and the guy was bleeding. They followed the rule which allows them to see if elbows were thrown. According to the rule, if it is above the shoulders it is a flagrant.
