We was our OC for 1 day in 2012.

Fleck as your HC? Are you serious?

By all accounts a good guy but it seems an unlikely choice.

He was our recruiting coordinator and WR coach.

He is a heck of a motivator but flaked out on us when DD gave him the OC position. He said that he didn't have a game plan...but the thing about it is that he was given our playbook. All he had to do was figure out what plays to call.

In a bio the words "dynamic" and "high energy" would have to be used a lot. also, absurdly good looking. Should boost attendance among women.

PJ was a fan favorite to be HC before Doeren was hired. After Doeren was hired, many were thrilled that PJ accepted the OC position. That lasted for 1 day when he bolted for Tampa Bay. Fans, administrators, and Doeren were stunned by this move. Unfortunately, PJ wore out any future welcome at NIU with that move. If what you say is true, PJ will not be at WMU for long.

Seriously, what happened with the WMU gig that PJ is the guy? Last I heard Trent Miles stiffarmed them, then it went quiet for weeks.

I love(d) Fleck. Wanted us to hire him when we hired Doeren. I think he'll do great.

He's got 8-10 potential.

Hard to say if he is more than a 6 today.

I don't hate him. It didn't cost us much since he was only OC for 1 day (hence my signature line) so we didn't have time to get used to him being here. A little disappointed we got dumped after a short period of time but it's no different than a head coach leaving us before a bowl game for more money.

Good luck to PJ (except when he plays us).

The irony here is had he stayed as our OC this season, he may have been our head coach (at a university he professed to love) heading to the Orange Bowl.
