Although they don't always get it going at the right time, we do have the "Red/Black" cheer.

Be neat to get that going at the OB

What's the right time for Red/Black?

In 2002, 03, 04 it seemed like they waited until a critical defensive series in the third or fourth quarter...last couple years it always seems to come too early, or during an otherwise unimportant part of the game.

Its relative, but when you get the whole crowd echoing it after cheerleaders are done, at a critical moment in the game, figure its at least unnerving for the opposition...

This is great...and made me laugh but what is the origin for the song? And is this played at certain times? I will have to listen for it during the game.

They currently do this with 8-5 or so min left in the 2nd quarter...when ever there is a TV time out.

I really don't like it when we do this and we have the ball cause then we are encouraging everyone to make noise just as play resumes.

I also think that they should do this cheer at least twice a game. How about do it the first time we are on D in the 2nd and 4th quarters???
