...where I believe he led them in scoring with over 20/game.

...and was SunBelt All-First Team, SunBelt Tournament MVP, SunBelt All-Tournament Team, and SunBelt Newcomer of the Year.

You all may not remember, but even though he was at his best slashing and penetrating, he also shot well over 40% from 3-land in his last year here.

Looks like he's still playing, too. Been all over the world: France, Italy, Venezuela, Austria, Malaysia, Lebanon....

One of our early Tampa players...

There's a youtube of him that's 83 minutes long, with him apparently scoring 41 in an Italian league game. I just watched a bit of it; he still looks pretty smooth. I think he actually posted it himself.

Honestly, he was one of my all time favorites....at least offensively. He had a bad habit of whining if he didn't get a call he wanted on offense, then would just take the next few defensive possessions off.

The thing about Wade I remember is he cheap-shotted a Davidson player(after not getting a foul called on the other end) and got a T then went off and got tossed, don't think he played after that.

I remember that, loved it too! I hated Davidson back then.

Remember the days when we hated the other teams in our conference?

Gulf Coast, Upstate, UNF are too irrelevant to hate.

KSU is too bad to hate

Belmont is too good to hate

Mercer, Jacksonville and Lipscomb I just can't think of a real reason to hate them

Good list and I don't even need to list the reason why to hate them, I would also add GSU and Furman.

RE: Has there ever been a more mercurial Buc than Dubose?
McKillop's kid (Matt?) beat us almost single-handedly one of those games in the Dome. He shot something like 8/13 from 3, and they just wore us out from long range (so this is not a new problem for us, as we know). I remember that game pretty well. Wadood was all-world, I believe, but we just couldn't stop McKillop. Seems like that game may have stopped a winning streak we had, too....
Heck, the more I think about it, that may have been the game Tirade got that foul called.

I ran into Tim Smith at a game this season and asked him who the dirtiest team was in the SOCON. Tim replied, "Hands down, Davidson...."

The chad Copeland Chattanooga teams. There are, however, many honorable mentions.
