I was in a waiting room yesterday and browsed the Sunday editions of 3-4 newspapers, the one from Baton Rouge, New Orleans, and I think the other was Alexandria Town Talk. It was in one of those and his comment was in an article pertaining to the transfer of UNO from the LSU system to University of Louisiana System and how their addition would strengthen the group as a whole in addition to UNO itself.

I was browsing, saw the article which cought my eye due to all the back and forth on this, so I tore out that paragraph and quoted it exactly as written. It was in mid page thus didnt show name of the paper. EDIT NOTE: I just found a source to the exact same article but it will not allow a cut and paste. You would note from the article that the System President is basically stating the official position as to members of the system and their regional status. There are now nine regional comprehensive universities in the University of Louisiana System.
