The 8th place SEC team usually beats the C-USA champ in the Liberty Bowl, so I would not throw stones TG.

Uhh... You do realize that UT lost their QB and top WR in the game immediately following beating UC, right Tallgrass?

So? Army beat Northwestern who beat Nebraska who beat Penn St. Whats your point, Army should be in the BIG TEN?

Yeah, a Tennessee team that lost it's starting QB (165 passer rating) and best WR (avg 8 receptions and 152 yards per game). Lost them both in the 1st quarter after the UC game. Troll.

This has nothing to do with realignment. Hey mods do your job instead of letting trolls like moron above post crap.

Tallgrass is just upset that the best schools in C-USA are look'n to bolt to the BIG EAST @ the first opportunity. You have UCF, SMU & Houston already with 1 foot out the door and USM, Memphis & East Carolina would be in the same boat if they have/had to opportunity to leave for the BIG EAST.

He knows his Tulsa Golden Hurricane could be left holding the bag and it pisses him off...it is what it is my man...juz say'n.

You'll have to excuse Tallgrass. He's kind of old and any connection, quasi-news event or happening gets him excited and he posts non-sense on every board he can find, hoping someone thinks he's useful and an asset.

This thread shouldn't be in realignment.

I think Tallgrass spends most of his time searching for something that he can post... that he hopes will reflect poorly on teams he does not like and/or hopefully will reflect positively on the team or teams he likes. And it does not matter if his post is factual or not. Always seems to have an agenda.

It doesn't help when your best win might be NCSU. Still it is a harder schedule than Houston is going through thus far as far as I can tell.

Schedules are made years in advance... they had no idea that UT and NCSU would be down.

... We were coming off a 4-8 year, with a new staff and a lot of new players. We became a better team toward the end of the season, if we hadn't, we couldn't have beaten a Vanderbilt team on par with the Vols.
Beyond that, we lost to them when they still had all SEC quarterback Tyler Bray and their star reciever...
Some people get better after November, some people do not.

Point is, we got to play in a decent bowl, we won and we kept our coach. Maybe if Southern Miss. wasn't located in scenic hell, people wouldn't consider leaving.

Before my post, not one USM fan had posted in this thread. Why sh*t on my school for no good reason?

[sarcasm]Yeah, people really want to live in the beautiful city of Cincinnati.[/sarcasm] Good gosh, the stupidity of Big East fans is amazing.

Go f*ck yourself.
