First time I ever saw a candidate almost fall asleep while giving his own speech.

First will be Bachmann ... second Paul ... everybody else will be some distance behind.

Paul has plummeted in InTrade in the last few hours, suggesting Bachmann has successfully brought out enough Bible thumpers to win.

Total Votes: 16,892

Ron Paul is apparently around 5,000 of those votes. If Bachmann beat that, which appears to be the case, then the vote totals have to have a nasty and precipitous drop.

At the end of the day this whole process is fairly meaningless.

What it does do is typically serve to narrow the field a bit.

Bachman, Paul and Newt/Santorum a surprising third is my prediction.

Think this eliminates Pawlenty after the investment he made and finished a distant 3rd to Paul.

Bachman over Paul only by about 200 votes.

Rick Perry got more votes than Newt.

Think Newt, Pawlenty, Cain and Huntsman are all done.
