We better wake up here pretty damn fast. I think dropping the border might be the worst thing ever to happen to this country, with perhaps the exception of the Civil War.

Those people don't love America. They think they want a better life, perhaps, but some want to take over, and they'll just turn it into the same type of shithole they just escaped.

RE: Protests in France
Democracy is messy. One could argue French democracy is especially so.

Democracy still beats autocracy any day. Never forget.

Yes. French democracy, while we're a republic. And by the way, Islam is not a religion, but a militant political ideology masquerading as one. But some people don't understand that.

This is all purposefully designed and created chaos. The same people who created the mass illegal immigration crisis throughout Europe are the same people organizing and funding the protests and violence.

This is the elite "High Table" globalists final end game push for the new one world order.

Their plan is working perfectly. Trump has been the only monkey wrench in the whole thing.

Things will finally get so bad in Europe that the voters there will literally agree to anything, and give up any and all rights in the name of "peace and safety".

They are locusts. This is what locusts do. The Bible explains it pretty clearly.

If they want it, let them stay where they are and remake their crap countries into ours instead of ours into theirs.

All true, so far as it goes.

But what does any of that have to do with the wave of arson and looting and riots currently tormenting that nation?

You nailed it. They do not want a better life they want what you have with whatever means available.

This has become the Democratic Party to placate and encourage this.

I see a lot more chaos in America until the HERD realizes this is dangerous.

That is all Democracy has ever been.

In 1887, Alexander Tytler, a Scottish history professor at the University of Edinburgh, said: A democracy is always temporary in nature; it simply cannot exist as a permanent form of government. A democracy will continue to exist up until the time that voters discover that they can vote themselves generous gifts from the public treasury.

The trajectory from that point is predictable.

The majority always votes for candidates who promise them the most benefits from the public treasury. Due to loose fiscal policy, every democracy finally collapses. It is followed by a dictatorship

So, when Democratic Politicians scream popular vote what they are really saying is we want a dictatorship. No Kings Rally yet by your own admission this is exactly what you yearn for albeit to your ignorance and demise.

Want proof?!?? Check out Venezuela in the last days of their Progressive Liberal Democracy

From multiple online sources regarding the democracy vs. constitutional republic:

The United States is both a democracy and a constitutional republic. It is not a "direct democracy" in which citizens vote on every law but, instead, a representative democracy and constitutional federal republic.

The Constitution's framers differentiated between A. a "pure democracy" (with citizens ruling directly) fearing this could lead to mob rule and B. a "republic" in which chosen representatives govern via structured laws.

So to say the U.S. is not a democracy seems a bit misleading. It is simply not a direct or pure democracy.

At least this is how I understand it. I could be wrong.

I'll be in Marseille the first of December and will give a report back upon my return. I'll be in Barcelona a couple of days prior to that also.

Don’t be delusional. You cannot have it both ways.

Democracy by its very definition is popular rule.

Please do not conflate this with a mixture of other ideologies.

The clueless American populace believe these lunatics on the left that we are a Democracy.

Wake up Bill it’s not too late.

Are you contending the U.S. shows no characteristics of a democracy, B-Dragon?

I'm puzzled. I don't know this stuff well but it seems fairly clear from what many sources note:

I see this with simple internet searches:

In a representative democracy (aka a democratic republic), citizens elect officials who make laws and govern on their behalf. This model includes:

• Parliamentary Systems: Executive power is concentrated within the legislature, leading to coalition-building.

• Presidential Systems: The executive and legislative branches are kept separate with distinct checks and balances.

• Federal Systems: Power is divided among national, regional, and local governments.
