A couple of questions:

Why isn't it appropriate to classify foreigners who are trying to bring drugs into our country as terrorists? Seems cut and dry that TdA should be classed as a terrorist organization. So should MS13 and the like. I'd say Bloods and Crips can be reclassed as domestic terrorists too but that's a much grayer area I admit.

For the past 40 years our "War on Drugs" has focused almost exclusively on going after the supply. Why not shift gears and go after demand? If you are caught using illegal drugs - lifetime sentence with no opportunity for parole. For any crimes - the supply side is never the root cause. It's always demand.
