I would love to see a district judge try to hold a cabinet member in contempt. If I were POTUS and this happened, boom instant terrorist designation and NDAA snatch and grab in the middle of the night with no due process. Let them fight that one while Hakeem is chilling in El Salvador.

End of discussion, tanq. Take the L.
Maybe read the actual SCOTUS ruling, retard.
The ruling let stand the District Court finding of no due process, and that the deportation was improper, and let stand every single item of the DC ruling -- except that the D had to be clearer I what the term "effectuate" means.
Read the base material. Or act like a fing moron and don't, and tell everyone what is in it.

Gladto know that overruled the 14th. You be you.
To quote explicitly the 14th amendment "no person shall be denied Due process" chuckles.

"No person ", champ.
Quote:Oh, and the dude got due process. It was ruled he is a gang member and should be deported back to El Salvador. That is due process.
Overriding an existing ruling by rendition is the issue champ. A current order. Please play your retardo mix and match previous time with current time crap. Cool cool.
Quote:What you are arguing is that the immigration court ruling that he remain here should take precedence over national security interests. Nope.
"No person shall be denied due process". Please flail some more in your funny little attempt to, egay SCOTUS has backed, a fundental violation of the 14th amendment. Lolz.

What’s up with the name calling? Lolol. Your hypocrisy tends to bleed out daily however, as we all witness.
Again, take the L dude. You should be used to it by now.
Your interpretation of the ruling(s) is comical.
For the hearing impaired:
The Supreme Court said the district court order was unlawful and its main components were unlawful and reversed 9-0 unanimously, stating clearly that neither the Secretary of State nor the President could be compelled by anybody to forcibly retrieve a citizen of El Salvador from El Salvador who, again, is a member of MS-13, as confirmed by the courts.

Womp Womp - MS13 member shipped to El Salvador can remain there
.... the "immigration system" was formed by a bunch of backward laws written by "attorneys," the immigration courts and appeals courts led by ..... "attorneys" who are now judges, the lovely gang members are represented by immigration... "attorneys", "attorneys" sue local jurisdictions to discourage enforcement of laws, "attorneys" helped craft sanctuary city policies
I could go on for days, but I'd say there is a problem here but I can't put my finger on it
RE: Womp Womp - MS13 member shipped to El Salvador can remain there
Whether you love or hate Miller, he is right on this individual case
Trump administration admitted they should not have deported the individual to El Salvador
However, no Court can order the POTUS to ask the President of another Country to do anything regarding to a citizen of another country.
There is no LEGAL remedy to the administrative error that occurred
Could Trump ask for the release of the individual deported, sure he could
If Trump asked for the release of the individual deported would the El Savadorian President comply with the request, most likely
All of this would be a foreign policy request as opposed to complying with any type of law
And no court can force POTUS to exercise foreign policy powers to correct an administrative error with no legal remedy
Trump is basically daring the District Court judge to tell him how to handle foreign policy when he knows that is a black and white issue, POTUS runs the show on foreign policy
He wants the judge to overstep so the SCOTUS has no option but to rebuke the judge, thereby establishing major precedent moving foward
The District Court judge is throwing a hissy because they know they cannot force the return...and is doing everything they can to make day to day operations difficult
