This is actually an advantage she has in the 2024 General Election vs the 2020 Dem primary. Her prosecutor record was a massive problem for her in that primary that she had to completely avoid, it's the exact subject that Tulsi hit her with the fatality on, and accurate hits on her are about her being an extremely tough on crime prosecutor to the point of being abusive. It's an amazing area to crush her on, unless you are the GOP and essentially support what she's being attacked for by Tulsi. Tulsi gets cheered here for saying that Copmala fought to keep cash bail in place, is the GOP going to flip and go after her for that?

It's one thing to be tough on crime, it's another to keep an innocent man behind bars or give lighter sentences for people who commit harsh crimes but with give people caught with what is now a legal substance a harder sentence isn't what I call being tough on crime.

Lest we forget that she promoted bailing out rioters in the summer of 2020.

By all means, attack her on it. I'm never going to not call her Copmala and attacking her on this myself. Go for it.
