MHver3 is a blow hard looking for attention. Somewhere he’s celebrating Colorado’s calling him a liar. “Hey I’ve got the AD’s ear. Told you I was connected”

A couple things. You notice Rick George didn't refute what Andrew Marchand said. Also, you can be sure that Brett McMurphy, who is sourced, is on top of this news as his retweeting George's post should make clear.

I'm anxious to see who ultimately will break the news that CU is returning to the Big 12, whether it be McMurphy, Thamel, Dodd, Olson, Dellenger or maybe Wilner. I'm not a betting man, but if I were, my money would be on McMurphy.

You know the entire Social Media department at Colorado is laughing behind his back today.

Twitter For Athletic Directors 101

The correct way to take Twitter into your own hands and quiet the trolls:
Step #1 Quote Tweet a credible journalist
Step #2 Say something that is completely benign and can't be used against you in the future

Example: Utah AD refuting Dennis Dodd

Yep. Just denied a very specific rumor of a board vote as early as Monday. Said nothing about being committed to the Pac 12.

BTW, MHver or his "source" probably just guessed this rumor since the Colorado board called for a executive session meeting on Monday, April 17.

Everyone gives MHver3 a hard time, but he has said a couple things that make me wonder if he does know someone, that knows someone, that knows someone who may actually know someone LoL.

Example, I am pretty sure he was the first to tweet about Yormark wanting to decouple and negotiate the basketball media contract separately next go around. It was a while after that I read from one of the mainstream journalists that exact same scenario is being thrown about.

He had also been reporting that BY has been meeting with Colorado and Arizona, which I believe, has now also been confirmed.

I'm just saying, the guy has thrown some stuff out there has been later verified to be true. It's enough to make me cautious about calling him a liar and trash. I am very unsure of what I think about him to be honest.

MHver3 was caught years ago using multiple profiles on the WVU board. He would post something from his “source” then use the other profiles to spread his “information”. The guy is a charlatan of the first order.

I did not know that, thanks for sharing. I know nothing of his past, just see what he post on Twitter from time to time.

I wish some of the fanbois here could see themselves from an impartial perspective. The Pac could sign a new media deal with a GOR and they’d find ways to declare an imminent move to the Big XII!

I think it’s pretty obvious Oregon and Washington are waiting for the new Big Ten commish to get settled in hopes he can convince the presidents to invite them. Meanwhile, OU/UW are exploring deals with the Pac as contingency plans. All the while the Big XII fanbois trumpet around with pitchforks and torches lol

fanbois: you should be directing your efforts and cheering for Big Ten expansion, because that’s the only way you get any new schools that are break even anyway. Comedy gold

Yormark hasn't decoupled basketball from football in the media deal. We renewed the existing structure with FOX/ESPN. Saying MHver3 confirmed something that hasn't actually happened is exactly the crux of the problem.

I clearly stated next go around, which would be 2031ish? I realize the BIGXII renewed the existing deal this last time.

I'm not going looking for the article that came out afterwards that confirmed that Yormark maybe aiming to do just that. But it is out there somewhere.

MHver3 could be a lunatic, I have no idea. I am just saying he has said a couple things that caught my attention.

We didn't force Kliavkoff to say he might be shopping in the Big 12.

We didn't force PAC to leak to Wilner that PAC12 expects to beat the Big 12 deal.

We didn't force the PAC Presidents to go on the record about a media deal deadline and then retract those statements.

Who forced them to say all those things?

MHver3 I follow on Twitter....

Here is his marketing plan....

If I throw every possible realignment idea/scenario out, spaced out over a little time, and act like it comes from a inside source...I eventually will hit on something. Then my followers will forget the 99% of what I said that didn't happen and remember the 1% that did.

I find it comical that even if someone had a connection/friend inside an athletic program or conference that.....that person would be calling his buddy and giving him a list of all the bullet point hot news. Ha.

90% of posters on this bonds know as much as he does.

But give him credit his consistently puts the BS out.
