Fisher was POY his junior year, but his numbers increased in almost every category to the next year, except for rebounds and assists. His %s went up across the board, more steals, far less turnovers and went from 13.9 PPG to 15.1, so I wouldn't exactly say it wa too disappointing. Scott and Q moved on and Tyree came in that year.

OK…my normally solid memory has failed me

True, only of his full season stats. His Jr year he struggled to adjust a bit... Just like every JUCO seems to then turned it on by MAC season. His Sr year was the opposite. As a JR his conference stats were 16.2 ppg, 4.4 rpg, 4.0 apg shooting 44% overall and 33% from three. As a SR his conference stats were 14.4 ppg, 3.3 rpg, 3.4 apg, shooting 41% overall and 29.8% from three.

He had some big non conference performances that year like the St Louis game but struggled as the season went on. I remember it being due to a lingering ankle injury.

The old man’s memory was not so bad after all! Thanks Anti-Zip

I made the drive to DeKalb—couple of hours for me. Might be 200 NIU fans. At least 30+ with Flash gear on that I see.

Oh, I've done that a few times. DeKalb is really in the middle of nowhere and that arena is newer, but somehow seems very vacant (really don't like the track pushing the upper seats even further back from the court). That arena is a case of 'newer is not always better'

That was a quick T, hopefully it doesn’t take him (Sullinger) out of the rhythm he’s in….so far he’s in the zone, 4-4 including 3-3 from 3.

Kent attracts T's way too easily. What did Sullinger do?

Drained a 3 and turned to look at the guy defending him. He kept saying he didn’t say anything, the camera work wasn’t the best and I didn’t see them run back a replay so I had to.

Look at me culture STINKS

Play ball and play to win. It’s the greatest thing in the world. I wish these young guys saw it like that.

It does, can’t stand when college kids get flagged in football or TD up in basketball for that nonsense, if I was coach I’d yank guys immediately and teach them a lesson. But that really was a quick whistle. Wonder if the NIU player said something; either way I’m sure something worse will happen out there tonight that won’t draw a T or even a warning.

Looks like they’ve bought into their own hype. Uninspired play except for Carry. Jacobs needs to nix the jumper.

If we don't wake up soon we'll at least be able to stop talking about at large bids.

Did he even make any contact on that 3-point foul?

Sure. But we aren’t really talking about that. But don’t lose this one. Cause we are talking 20 wins in early February and being one of those “others getting votes” for another week! A clunker, fine. But not this game!!
