Word for word, that's in the latest "Frazier's Corner" on the official website. It's either budget cuts or STF is getting lazy with his "just-for-you" notes. I do know Debra Boughton is no longer listed in the admin.; she was Associate Athletic Director for Business Affairs.

Christian Spears ( who as our interim AD gave away a home game vs Nebraska—probably Soldier Field) is the AD at Marshall

He didn’t give it away. Nebraska was going to buy it out as a result of the Big moving to just three non conference games. Instead of taking the buyout he negotiated for three additional games at Nebraska.

You might not agree with his decision but don’t make stuff up just to try and make someone look bad.

So he was the one who basically scheduled a four game series with no return games. That was a very poor decision. Just let them buy us out and schedule one of those $1.5 million payday games instead.

Led to a great boneyard win so I’ll take it.

I thought you would come to DeKalb for the STF 2023 Spring clothing line.

If there is an opening for questions, someone please ask what is going to be different on defense this season compared to the last 3 that will show progress in the right direction

Will they be telling attendees about all the off season changes they said were coming?

If STF does in fact finally break out his long-anticipated “Handsome Homeless Collection”, wild horses couldn’t drag me away.

Seems pretty smart to me by NIU athletics, although I know that is an inconvenient truth for the negative folks on this board for virtually everything NIU athletics does. Bring fans in for the football event that ends at 7 PM and go right over to the wrestling match that starts at 7 PM. Probably increased wrestling fan attendance. Sounds like genius to me versus being dumb.

Did anyone attend and can they give some highlights? Or, do I need to call the bartender and ask them since they apparently had no one to serve drinks to?
