Sounds like a bunch of people dont realize that property taxes are paid in arrears.

Speaking to CNN a tax official from Tarrant County, where Walker's Dallas home is located, confirmed the former NFL running back claimed a principal residence tax exemption for the property in both 2021 and 2022.

He registered to vote in GA in 2021. If he registered to vote and run in 2021 in GA and claimed the exception when he paid he property taxes in Feb of 22 it is either election fraud or tax fraud.

You only file homestead once. Not every year.

Registering to vote and run for senate sure sounds like establishing a principal residence. If your principal residence changes you have to file a form with the tax assessor.

So either his principal residence is TX and it’s election fraud, or it is GA and it’s tax fraud.

You are looking for anything to DQ Walker... you seem nervous that he is going to win or something.

RE: Walker has been hit in the head too many times
He's been hit about 10 to 1 in campaign ads. Warnock has ads talking about unity. Then in another he walks a dog in a feel good, but then badmouths Herschel. Then he has one with the latest trailer park woman claiming Herschel threatened to kill her unless she had an abortion. Not exactly a coherent strategy. But Herschel clearly doesn't have nearly the money.

Just pointing out the hypocrisy of republicans desperately trying to find ineligible voters by looking at the change of address forms, turns out all they had to do was look at their candidates.

Socialism always gains entry through an entrenched bureaucracy. When protecting the status quo of government becomes the organizing principle that replaces the desires of the electorate freedom is lost. Nothing woke up the bureaucrats entrenched in Washington like the election of DJT. Until Perot they never even considered they were vulnerable. The Bushes were utilizers of them, not opponents.

The only viable way out now would be an economic crisis worse than the great depression. You have to bankrupt a bureaucracy that is entrenched to defeat it. Unless you have civil war, which frankly I don't see happening along the lines of replacing the bureaucracy. We might have one over morality, but the average American will never identify the unelected bureaucracy as the problem.

Further evidence that, as Herschel stated was his preference, he is more likely a werewolf than a vampire. If he were a vampire the punch would have been delivered at super-speed and she couldn't have avoided it. Also, he doesn't sparkle in sunlight that I've noticed -

Ex-Girlfriend Says Herschel Walker Tried to Punch Her
December 5, 2022 at 10:10 am EST By Taegan Goddard 58 Comments

Cheryl Parsa told NBC News how Herschel Walker ®, who has been accused by several girlfriends and his ex-wife of mistreating them, grabbed her throat and threw a punch at her when she found him with another woman at his apartment in Dallas.

Said Parsa: “He had his hand on my throat, my chest, and then he leaned back to throw a punch. And luckily, I was able to avoid that. And the punch landed on the wall instead of me.”

Its been a couple of weeks. Do you understand now how you were played by people who dont understand property tax law?

"Walker, a Republican, claimed the homestead exemption for both 2021 and 2022. It saves him in local government property taxes on his suburban home, which has an assessed value of nearly $3.4 million. The issue is that Walker registered to vote in Georgia in August 2021, using the address of a property he owns there. Texas law says that if a home is your residence as of Jan. 1, you’re entitled to the exemption for the year, so 2021 isn’t really an issue.

Either Walker lived here on Jan. 1 or he wasn’t a resident of Georgia while running for its Senate seat. Georgia voters can decide the importance of the residency question. For many, the fact that he was born and raised there and starred on a championship University of Georgia football team is more than enough. But Walker has complicated the matter, in part by declaring this year — while campaigning before Georgia voters — that “I live in Texas.” If that’s true, he’s got some explaining to do, and voters deserve an answer before Tuesday’s runoff. If he truly moved, Walker should owe the city of Westlake and the Keller school district for the taxes exempted. The city offers a generous 20% exemption, meaning that share of the property’s value is not taxed. Keller ISD offers the standard $40,000 exemption. So, between the city and school district, Walker is saving a little over $1,500."

RE: Walker has been hit in the head too many times
To make things a little more interesting he earned rental income in 2021 from the Georgia home that he used to register to vote in 2021. Would be interesting to see if and when they moved out.
