BGSU played Horizon conference contender Wright State tough on the road, losing 71-80. It was tight throughout the contest. BGSU 6-5 185 guard Leon Ayers (transfer from Duquesne) scored 19 points and Guard Samari Curtis, 6-4 (transfer from Evansville), scored 15 points was a thorn in WSU side. The Falcons big man, Rashaun Agee, 6-8 225 had 12 pts., with 6 RB's, BGSU is a good athletic team and played well defensively in the game. Wright State shot the ball from the field at a 53% clip. WSU also had a deeper bench and was able to substitute freely without a big significant drop-off in this one. BGSU had only 2 players off the bench scoring 14 points. WSU 3 big man scored 26 points and had 13 RB's among themselves.

Didn't you know? We need separate threads for former MAC basketball players (non-UT players) and upcoming opponents - both separate pre-game and post-game threads! IT's not like someone started a thread to cover future/former BB opponents. And it's not like this thread happens every year. https://csnbbs.com/thread-959300.html

Michigan wins in OT 70-66. OU had their chances. I watched most of the second half. Great game. #4, a guy named Wilson, listed at 6'8" - 250 will give us fits.

Isn't there always some big that gives us fits because we seldom have a decent center who can play D?

Vanderplas and Sears transferred, Carter graduated from a very good team. Wilson was their starting center 2 years ago but, I believe, sat out last year due to injury.
