Lerner was never prosecuted, even by trump.
The IRS used search terms for all political groups, including progressive ones, etc., and they used them before Obama.
The charities could still function even without the actual IRS approval.

It was a nothingburger.

Wait a minute. So, we are supposed to believe the IRS actually did something Trump told them to do? That's hilarious. If Trump DID tell someone at the IRS to audit someone it would have been all over the news and he would have been Impeached for that to. I mean, he was Impeached for a phone call with the President whose country is currently being destroyed. Not a coincidence at all.

Well, yeah...if there actually was some evidence of it. But of course, we'll likely never know that.

But the point is that actual proof never seems to matter when it's the right flinging the accusations, like the last election was stolen.

So yes, until there is some actual proof, this was just a coincidence. And I'm okay with that.

I do sometimes think that you are a Trump plant, Tom. This is exactly the twisted logic that justifies the undeserved support that Donald Trump receives from folks who otherwise would have nothing to do with his unpleasant demeanor and questionable integrity.

Yes, the IRS was clearly wrong to do what they did. But as I explained at the time, this is what the IRS does, target areas where they think the most fraud exists. And they did it to progressive groups as well, searching for their application names as well, looking for political activity. None of that proves in any way the this was directed by Obama or was for some political reason. That is that the TIGTA found. Move along.

Countdown to when we find out Tom was hoodwinked again........

The mid terms are getting closer. Expect more of this type of stuff from the Ds.
