From the CA article, it sounds like neither Harris nor Williams are "walking" which I interpret to mean graduating. Shouldn't they both have an extra year of eligibility due to the COVID season?

The article clearly states all three have an extra year if they want it but doesn't mentioned who might be wanted. Hard to imagine Williams coming back another year although I would gladly welcome him. His professional opportunity window is shrinking.

Right, it was rhetorical.

Unless he has a promise in the league...

The question becomes can he make more money in college or in China\overseas.

I'll chip in, lets put an NIL together for them.

RE: Lomax
I think everyone on the roster can come back next year, if they and the coach agrees.
Normally, this would be it for Deandre, Tyler, and Lomax.
With the COVID year, they get the extra season.

I take the comment to mean that Tyler and Deandre are not actually graduating this semester (which seems odd, but I won't judge). And since they have the extra year, he's not offering them the option of Senior Day.

What about MD?

This is only his 3rd year. He could play 2 more if he wants.

Now it sounds like Penny gave the 3 seniors the option of Senior Day, and Lomax was the only one who chose to do it.

Josh Pastner quietly has put a pretty decent pg in the league in "Grand Theft" Jose Alvarado.

Plays similar to Alo to me with the hustle and effort.

With four years of college ball under a legendary player now coach while also playing ball for said coach since, what.. junior high?.. Is Alo on the path to be the next Jose rookie pg??

No, but 99% of college PGs are not so what is your point? That Alo is not in the top 1% of PGs in the world? Who expected that when he committed to us?

If Alo played for Duke or Kansas, he would have gained recognition as one of the top 2 or 3 PGs in college basketball. Smart NBA execs who see past that kind of crap could draft him in the 1st round. I see him being the next Chris Paul. He has Magic and Penny's court vision but he is just alot smaller. He's like a combination of John Stockton, Chris Paul and Jason Kidd
