Isn't Murphy a PG? With Davis, he'll be coming off the bench. He isn't a good shooter. 41% overall, 20% 3 point, 54% FT.

Junior made 12 of 26 3 pointers last year for a nice 46%. 11 of 13 for 84% from the line.

If he continues to shoot like that he needs more minutes. He was number 11 on the team in minutes with 229. Dandridge was #10 with 366.

Minott's comments in the Givony interview did not match the headline that media used.
When asked about returning to the Tigers Minott said, "I don't plan to need my eligibility. My work ethic and talent should be able to propel me to a standing in the draft I'm comfortable with." He did go on to say he felt he could have played more this year, blah blah. But he never said he was NOT coming back to the Tigers.

I think it's a longshot he comes back. I believe he is determined to be a pro next year. But there is no 'link' to him saying he would not return to Memphis.

Given the summer reclassifications of the past couple years, wouldn't be shocked to find out he's going somewhere in September.

Emoni and Nolley both shot 33% from 3 last year. They didn't exactly light it up. Surely we can at the very least replace their production from last year. More than likely we can improve upon it.

I may have said this somewhere else, but Nolley reminds me of Rudy Gay. Sure he is a scorer, but he isnt the most efficient scorer. He needs to take a ton of shots to put up decent numbers. I would rather see some of those shots going to someone who shoots a more consistent/higher percentage.
