I really wanted the AAC title, but props to Houston -- they wanted it. Hoping both teams do well in the tourney. And I still hate SMU, so I hope their dirty butts enjoy missing the NCAA and winning the NIT.

It was a 4 point game under 10 minutes and we had not made a three all game. I wouldn’t say that is really handling a team…

Houston was 8 of 24 on 3s, most coming in the 1st half. I think those rims were a little more lose than ours but we really didn’t try that many 3s the 2nd half. We were 1 of 10 and that was Lester towards the end.

Let it go guys, on the the NCAA tourney.

Memphis lost today because Nolley, Lester and Harris were collectively awful

It is highly doubtful they are that bad again

If even one of them was hitting shots we very well may have won

So, cuss out Lomax but realize we have a damn good team that cannot overcome that many players disappearing. The misery doesn’t really matter but it makes this board, which used to be and still can be fun, just awful with the clutter

No excuses, today.. Houston beat us with 8 man rotation.. They just wanted it more or Penny decided to go easy knowing his seed was already secured regardless.. Worrying we have gone cold from 3.
