RE: TIGERS -7.5 vs Cincinnati
Cincy is not too good, but if we are down Nolley, Williams, and Duren then it will be tight probably.

If we have 2 of those 3 guys back playing then I think we can definitely cover the 7.5.

Cincy sucks a FTs and terrible shooting % on the season. We are at home on a Sunday afternoon and on primetime network, so it should be really loud and really blue!

Depends on which team shows up, the get up & put them away team or the play down to the opponent team.

I have not followed Cincy closely. But, I never expect Cincy to be an easy game. Also, I am not putting them in the 'not too good' category. They have Ws over Georgia, Illini, and SMU. They are 11-4 with conf record 1-1.
It would be a nice W. Hope it happens.
Go Tigers!

We'll need at least two but hopefully all three will play. I would be surprised if they didn't.

I am not convinced at all that Cincy is a good team yet. They have one good win over Illinois and Illinois shot like 28% that night. Cincy has beaten a bunch of nobodys and teams with name recognition like Georgia and SMU, but they are mediocre to crap teams too. Once the year plays out you will see by their record. Right now everyone has beaten up on cupcakes to pad their records and that is what Cincy has done so far:

7 of their 11 wins came from mostly no name teams that have bad losing records (including UGA)
1 win came from a team called Ashland

Most times when they play a team with some talent, they get beat:

Xavier (lost by 20)
Arkansas (lost by 6 and Arkansas is down this year)
Monmouth (Lost by 2 and who is Monmouth really, they got 4 and 5 star players - **** no!)

Bottom line is this game will probably be tight first half and then we pull away in the final 12 minutes of the game!

Go Tigers!!! By 14

So everyone will play except Williams. Will hurt us with cincys size and physicality. Need someone to step up the energy without deandre. Cincy covers. Tigers by 3. I’m betting the under. Physical ugly game on the way

They were close on the line...

But the O\U man they weren't close...But who would have guessed 16 3 pointers would be made by the losing team.

Some of those 3's were ridiculous.
Same as how Tulsa made those down the stretch.
D wasn't great, but still.

Q2 win - that's all that matters.

Murray State I wrote off as they were hot...

Then Tulane I wrote off as they were hot...With some reservations.

Now Cinci I am more inline to think we need to do something to clean this up. Everyone cannot collapse when the ball gets into the paint.

Right...like every time we would hit a 3 or make a small run they had a 3 as an answer. It was uncanny.
