Because we are more concerned with running time off the clock so Bama can’t score again than we are with scoring ourselves.

I can’t say I disagree with that strategy.

Come on defense, have some pride.

Dig down deep and don’t let them score again.

Bama is still Bama, really no shame but it shows you where you need to go.

If you really look hard, UC scored in bunches, then the offense would just disappear. In every single game. Denbrock forgets what weapons they have, or how to use them. It’s only magnified this game because of who they are playing.

I domt think anyone is shocked...we're simply extremely disappointed that nothing changed in the 3 weeks they had to try to come up with anything new/better.

I hear you - but there’s no way he was going to change anything if changes weren’t made during the season.

Got our butts kicked by a better team and a better staff.

We were probably rooting for Argentina in the falklands today.

This is about what I expected. Our offense isn’t set up to deal with elite defenders on the front. It felt like we just conceded that fact with the play calling.

Gino for OC please. Bama scored 41 points against the vaunted Georgia dee. Our defense did it's job thru 3Q and then the gas tank went empty. Our offense looked inept except on the opening drive. That was mostly scripted plays.

I thought our defense was fine. We gave up yards on the ground but made passing hard. Really only allowed one big play.

Chances were there. Blocked td pass. Didn't get the muff recovery. Didn't take advantage of short fields from kick return and int.

Historic season. Disappointing ending of course. So excited to join the Big 12 to close the talent gap. Was hoping for at least a TD today.

Beat by a better team, with better play calling. Don't know why UC can't call a screen or throw to a NFL caliber TE. Everything had to go right for UC to win,and it didn't. Helluva season.

Bama had 24 signees in the 2020 class that were either 4 or 5 stars per 247. Let that sink in. This year it was a little lower but not that much. It’s how they do.

Didn’t take advantage of the breaks where they were there and lost to a dynasty level program.

I think we know where UC needs upgrades. I hope UC can get at least 9-3 next season and keep the momentum going.

I'm not going to get down on the players for this game. They have given us a fantastic season.

My disappointment is with the conservative offensive game plan. UC had no chance to win with that approach.

Still - I'm very proud to be a UC fan and proud of this season.

They have the players, the coaches, the money, and everything else. There are reason they do what they do. Just crazy to think that UC competed at times today. They don’t lose semi-final games.

Cats need to upgrade recruiting for thr conference move but that is obvious.
