The same team that gets beat by 40 to the TWolves and gives the Pelicans their 2nd win has beaten the Jazz in Utah and the Warriors at home. I have a hard time figuring out this team. Bane was great in the Jazz game so was Jaren.

Yesterday's win by 30 sure proves this. Also the team knew Morant's out for awhile and they need to bring their 'A' game. They did right from a 11-0 start. Hopefully this team will stay locked in while Ja is out.

Three in a row now after the 152-79 win over the Thunder. I've never seen anything like that. The lead just kept growing and growing...... Crowd started chanting MVP MVP as Jarrett Culver shot free throws late.

I was there, it was glorious. Like poorly attended game during the porter years this is gonna be one people said they were at.

There was no one at the forum - it was sad. But history was made and it was incredible!

I want to know actual attendance. I sat on the pinnacle level and I told the person I was with I don’t think this crowd could even fill the lower section.

BTW if you want an example of what penny is trying to do last night was it. Unselfish, great spacing and rotation and good D.

Not a criticism nor complement, just an observation

Aldama is going to be a good player, provided he gets quality minutes.

Hopefully this leads to the next step in a young team putting it together once Ja gets back.

That's been my view as well, but it has felt like he hasn't adjusted that for college rules. If college forced the same openness as the NBA the Tigers would look a lot better. But since it isn't he has to figure out how to make what he wants work.

For it to work players have to master the pick and roll and identify the open looks - and take them when they’re there. The tigers haven’t done that and certain players are trying to do too much especially when down - which leads to more bad spacing.

I also think the difference in shot clocks doesn’t help. The nba shot clock lends itself to “positionless” basketball and faster tempo. Teams have longer to get set against us and when our spacing isn’t good or players try to take over rather than run things through the offense the entire thing breaks down.

Five in a row. 105-90 win at Miami. Steven Adams with a very 'Valanciunasesque' game at 17-16.

Lakers still full of themselves

Quote:Davis said that opponents circle the Lakers on their calendar, hoping to stamp their season by taking down L.A.'s collection of star power in himself, LeBron James, Russell Westbrook and Carmelo Anthony.

"I think when their star players are out, we have to lock in even more because these guys have no conscience," Davis said. "They want to come in and beat the Lakers, beat LeBron, beat AD, beat whoever, beat Melo. Like, they want to say, 'I gave the Lakers 30, 25, whatever.'"

Just another game for the Grizz.

Walking in last night I can honestly say the thought of 'beating Carmelo Anthony' never entered my mind.
