Spotted Wisky 20 points in the first half...

Good comeback but not enough.

Houston has a good team, but they also have flaws Memphis can take advantage of.

It was interesting to see the Zags lead UCLA by 20 points at the half in their game, but UCLA did not cut the lead back by the end of the game.

I don’t care if they are in our conference I hope both them and Cincy lose every game

Apart from them being strong to bolster our SoS, I'm good with it, too.

I was at the gym and only saw a few seconds here and there, but I noticed that WI beat them thoroughly in the first half, but how did the Coogs completely reverse course and nearly beat them? Was it that the Badgers just weren't that good or was it that Houston is really good and made some key halftime adjustments?

Our conference is losing an awful lot of close games to pretty good teams… it would be nice to see us start to win a few.

No, we loaned out Silverfield to coach the Badgers in the second half, and he switched to prevent.

Houston was giving up practice 3s the entire first half...Made some adjustments on defense to take those away and also started making some tough shots of their own.

RE: Houston takes a loss
Houston has some streaky 3 point shooters. They didn’t hit in the first half but did in the second. I think they were pushing too hard and maybe panicked some when the shots weren’t falling, but settled down at the half and came back determined to play their normal game in the second half. I can’t warm up to their coach, but he is good at his job.

Samson had a lot of nice things to say about Penny last year. He is a really good coach.

If not somewhat shady at times in his past. But yeah, he's a damn good coach,

Agree - Sampson is both shady and a good coach.
I think a lot of what he initially said about Penny was insincere.
Early comments seemed to be a bit passive aggressive.
But lately, it seems Penny has won him over and he seems much more sincere.

Hou is good and have an elite defensive lineup. Had they made their free throws they would have won.
