Hire a DC who believes in winning by being aggressive not losing by being passive. Also do not renew the Special Teams Coordinator. That position requires a man who can instill confidence.

We get one more chance to beat them next year in our house.

Considering this worse is just beyond irrational.

I would liken it to more Tommy West era when we knew we had talent but ended up 6-6 or 5-7. Not Larry Porter. He couldn’t coach basics. Silverfield is not below that.
