I feel the same way that a horrible verdict will be delivered to appease the mob, the media, and anyone else without an ounce of human decency nor respect of individual rights. We could be witnessing the acceleration of the final decline of a once great republic.

Sad, but true. I stated somewhere earlier that my fear is that this will be a verdict rendered on mob justice, not actual justice. The moment this happens, it's over for any Americans who don't kowtow to the lunatic left. The only saving grace is that the judge COULD still render a mistrial, but then that means that the state will continue prosecuting to appease the woke creampuffs until they get what they want and Kyle will eventually run out of money to defend himself.

But it has to be a mistrial with prejudice. My understanding is that if it is not with prejudice it can be retried and I don't know if the judge would declare it as such. The problem is that the judge would then be singled out by the leftist mobs and the media.
