RE: NCAA Football Crowds Break Into ‘F**k Joe Biden’ Chants

I think this is more than just a passing fad. I think it's actually reflective of an increasing majority of Americans disgusted with American politics and the current administration.
Why does the term "Canuck" sound derogatory to me? It's almost like when I hear anything about Canadian policies that are anti-freedom/liberty I think, "That's Canucks for ya."
Quote:We’ve seen the “F**k Joe Biden” chant erupt all over the country and it’s even gone international, making it to a massive anti-vaccine passport protest in Rome. It’s become the chant of those protesting mandates including in NYC and the Boeing protest in Washington state.
It’s become so popular, it spun off its own more acceptable, “Let’s go, Brandon,” which not only takes on Biden in nicer language but skewers the media. NBC’s Kelli Stavast, when faced with an obvious “F**k Joe Biden” chant at a NASCAR race, claimed that the crowd was chanting “Let’s go, Brandon” for NASCAR winner of the race, Brandon Brown. So people then turned it back on the media by adopting it and making it a polite way of saying the more ribald Biden chant.
That’s become another viral meme now as well, joining the “F**k Joe Biden” chant. “Let’s go, Brandon” has made it into the sky as a banner at an Auburn football game and at a Trump rally. “Let’s go, Brandon” has been paged at O’Hare Airport. It’s even made it into a song that’s topping the iTunes charts now.
But the FJB movement scored another achievement Tuesday night: making it to the ALCS post-game show between the Houston Astros and the Red Sox, live on Fox.
The Red Sox crowd was pretty rowdy outside Fenway Park, chanting against Fox pundit Alex Rodriguez for his time with the Yankees. They chanted “Yankees suck” and “J-Lo” mocking him over his break-up with Jennifer Lopez several months ago.
But then they followed that up with some full-throated “F**k Joe Biden” chants that were not bleeped from the network broadcast.
Burke, who’s written for The Daily Beast, seemed a tad miffed that they didn’t bleep out the chant, although they were filming outside.
Now this is pretty funny, but it’s also a sign, even if Joe Biden doesn’t get it and maybe the folks on the left and folks like Burke should be considering why people are chanting this across the country.
Biden won Massachusetts by a lot. Yet, here you go, having folks just chanting this now with abandon. Even in a deep blue state like Massachusetts, the dissent is growing. We’ve seen Biden hit an incredible low in the polls with Zogby’s job performance approval number being only 36.4%, while his negative rating was at 61% among likely voters. His ratings among independents have absolutely cratered with only 28% approval among independents and he’s even underwater in 40 states according to another poll, including his own state of Delaware.
As I’ve noted, we know it’s affecting him because he’s mentioned people with the “F**k Joe Biden” signs, arguing how popular he is because of his “81 million” votes.
Unfortunately Joe doesn’t seem to get why they’re chanting at him and he doesn’t seem to be inclined to actually cure any of the problems that caused them to chant in the first place. So expect his cratering and the chanting to continue.
Quote:The “Let’s Go Brandon” (code for “F*** Joe Biden”) phenomenon has been a fascinating trend to watch unfold in recent weeks, and on Thursday, it officially made its way to the floor of the U.S. House.
During a floor speech railing against President Biden’s “Build Back Better” plan, Rep. Bill Posey (R-Fla.) began by stating that “the President’s theme ‘Build Back Better’ just can’t pass the straight-face test.”
“In reality,” he suggested, “it’s like a ‘Demolish America Faster’ agenda. “If you really think it builds America back better,” he continued, “your view of America is different than most of the people I know.”
Posey then talked about how he remembered a time when people could speak freely on college campuses, school boards, and elsewhere without fear of being targeted by the Department of Justice or via Big Tech and the media “colluding” to cancel them. The terms “wokeness,” “entitlement-itis,” and “Trumphobia” were also used to describe the current state of things in America during the pandemic, which Posey insinuated was not the America this country needed to be.
It’s what Posey said at the conclusion of his speech that’s gotten the most attention, however.
“It’s not hard to see where you’re coming from,” Posey stated towards Democrats in general as well as Biden. “Based upon the false promise that he would unify America, Biden got into the Oval Office … but we all know the unification promise was a lie. And your majority is going to be short-lived.”
Noting people were “frustrated, angry” and “not going to sit back and take it much longer,” Posey said Americans don’t want Biden’s agenda. “They want you to help put America back where you found it and leave it the hell alone. Let’s go, Brandon.” Posey finished by raising his fist in a mock “cheering” motion.
Watch the moment, which I think is a “first” for the slogan in Congress, below:
As we previously reported, the “Let’s go Brandon” chant originated after a NASCAR race earlier this month that saw driver Brandon Brown take the checkered flag. As he was being interviewed, “F*** Joe Biden” chants could be heard in the background, as has been the case at numerous sporting events over the last couple of months. The reporter interviewing him laughably suggested that the fans in attendance were chanting “Let’s go, Brandon,” even though it was obvious they were chanting something else.
Back to Posey, for anyone interested, his full three and a half minute speech from yesterday can be viewed here:
Quote:The expletive-filled "F*ck Joe Biden" trend has swept America as college studiums across the country continue to erupt in the anti-Biden chant along with its milder equivalent, "Let's Go Brandon!" In the latest instance of the sports-political sensation, tons of fans chanted "F*ck Joe Biden" in Oxford, Mississippi, at Saturday's face-off between the Ole Miss Rebels and the LSU Tigers.
