Bowling Green Roll Call!
Alright Huskie fans, this is our last Saturday home game of the season before we transition to midweek MACtion... who is going to be there Saturday? I'll be there tailgating in lot K +4. No excuses! 2:30pm start time is ideal and we need to help the squad keep the momentum!

See ya'll Saturday. Go Huskies

RE: Bowling Green Roll Call!
My wife and I were planning to drive to this game from central Ohio and we were planning on meeting and purchasing tickets for my daughter and her family of four as well.

Earlier in the week I followed a link which I no longer have where I could purchase tickets for $18.00 however today the NIU site says that these same tickets that I could have bought for $18.00 a piece day or two ago are now $33.00 a piece. That is a big difference for someone who is traveling a couple hundred miles to watch the game.

Based on this we are reconsidering whether or not to attend. I don't understand why they would increase prices as the week progresses. I could understand having a higher price if you buy tickets on game day vs buying them online.

I just saw a tweet from NIU Athletics with $18 price on Ticketmaster using promo code NIUFACULTYSTAFF. Maybe someone with some skills can post the link thanks.

I have Track Lawn access, but go to Stevensen Lot. I have wondered if I needed to try out Track Lawn, this probably answers my question. I donated my season ticket support last year with the thought I would be upgraded to West Lawn this year, but that is not how it worked out.

Stevensen Lot has some nice activity

Did you ask about your upgrade? I didn't get it until I asked.

I did ask & was told they could not give me West Lawn access. Sounds like if I pushed hard enough I may have gotten it. Water under the bridge at this point, a little frustrating for sure, not sure why I would have to fight for it.

I didn't ask for the parking change, I just ask for the tickets to the hospitality tent.

I know another person had to ask for his promised upgrade too.

Don’t forget about this:
Quote: WELCOME BACK: NIU will honor members of its 2011 MAC Championship team during Saturday's game. Approximately 20 players are expected to return, including quarterback Chandler Harnish, linebacker Pat Schiller, center Scott Wedige and nose guard Nabal Jefferson, among others. The 2011 squad - coached by Dave Doeren - was the first NIU team to win the MAC title in 28 seasons (since 1983) and began a string of three MAC Championships in four seasons.

A little something from that 2011 MAC Championship team. The night GOODBYE TOLEDO was born.

I had to request my upgrade since we were able to do a company match this year which bumped us to the red lot(s). I was told I could get a pass for east lot or the Track lawn. I chose track, since our season tickets are on the West side. Not sure why we wouldn't get west lawn other than most of it is taken up by the Yard now? The lot itself is OK, but we only saw people tailgating during the Wyoming game, and they weren't there for the Maine game. We couldn't make the EMU game, so I don't know if they showed up but with the weather I'd think not? There are maybe 7 cars we've seen in the lot, but it's kind of a boring atmosphere, but it's easy in and easy out.

Do they still hang a game-week banner across Lincoln highway in one or two spots (light post to light post)? That was always a good/cheap promotion when I was drinking 25 cent beers at the Jungle.

I'll be there with at least 1 more.

I may have 2 extra tickets in the premium (chairbacks) section (if my son doesn't find 2 more). PM me if interested.
