Might as well get this one started. This game, as much as any, will tell us a lot about how things really are in CUSA. WKU has played a tough schedule and sits at 1-3. Are they one of the best 1-3 teams in the country or are they as bad as their record indicates? UTSA sits at 5-0 but has played a weaker schedule. Are they as good as we all think they are or are they in for a rude awakening?

This should be a great game. UTSA has momentum, WKU is fighting for pride. Let's flip the coin and see what happens.

This could be very well a preview of CUSA title game. I have a feeling, now this is going out on a limb, but both defenses show up tonight.

I hope I am wrong, but I don't feel good about WKU's chances.

As long as Zappe is healthy and we don't turn the ball over we will have a shot to win. I doubt we stop UTSA very often though. I expect a relatively high scoring game in the 40's or upper 30's.

I actually feel better about this game after looking over stats from our last 3 games

Awesome start. UTSA scores on 3rd play. Then holds WKU to FG. Go ‘Runners!

It's still early but WKU's defense doesn't look very good.

The defensive approach by UTSA is plain stupid. Rushing 3 all game. Giving Zappe all day, giving away 5 yards (minimum) to their RBs. No resistance.

Now before anyone overreacts, we all knew the WKU defense was suspect
