That could have been Memphis had Fickell left and Norvell stayed. Our program was better than theirs but has dropped the last couple years where theirs has continued to get stronger.

And Cincy will drop off too when Fickell leaves. They do have a good history of hiring new coaches though.

what an INCREDIBLE win by our current AAC member, Cincinnati

To go in and beat Notre Dame STRAIGHT UP AT THEIR CATHEDRAL, with basically the loser leave town match for the CFP, is nothing short of amazing.

Its a big win but not unexpected, it wasn't an upset. They were the higher ranked team after all. Congrats to Cincy, nice job.

When he leaves for what, a P5 job? Because he is getting one in Cincinnati along with more money and a 60 to 70 million dollar football facilities upgrade. And his wife and her family are rooted here along with his.

Same here. I whole-heartedly congratulate them. Just shows you what a difference the right coach can make.

Everyone but maybe the top 5-6 teams is capable of having their coach poached.

IKE's always happy to see our conference win
Great win for Cincinnati, now we must run the table and beat them for championship, not saying it'll happen but
IKE's hopeful
