I would love to see what dueling dragons has to say about this… He is the most optimistic poster on the board, but this was an absolute sh!t show

This is disappointing. I had a double reason to be a UAB fan today.

Worst game of the Clark era — no sugar coating it.

No shame in getting smoked by a Georgia team that is clearly going next level and focused on the national title.

But good lord, the unforced errors and complete meltdown in the secondary. The lack of composure is disappointing.

So let’s see who is gonna bow up and execute the rest of this game.

It means nothing. There isn’t a team in cusa who wouldn’t get smoked by this Georgia team — this bad or worse.

Sad thing is is that we moved the ball pretty well on at least two drives… We just absolutely did not show up on defense

Our guys are seeing talent on the field they're not use to practicing or playing against. UGA is making UAB look like UConn.

UAB has tended to play very timid in all their P5 games. I’m not sure what it is. They are capable of winning, it’s like they are too afraid of messing up. Hopefully this game is an anomaly.

Good way to put it… Just a complete lack of composure in this game in all facets… It’s saddening that the defense completely did not show up, and that TJ is still throwing those type of interceptions in his 30th year in the program…The Innumerable penalties, dumb mistakes, and complete lack of composure are what hurts the most about this. I didn’t think we would win, but I thought we would at least show up

If we can get 7 on the board and not let them score again this half...I'm good. This game is probably in the 42-7 or 49-14 range.

We don’t even go for in on fourth down on our side of the field down 0-28. We came into this game scared out of our minds. A timid and sad performance today. Total lack of composure. I think we can obviously still win CUSA, but this was a major major embarrassment today.

If you want to attract the kind of big time players to compete against a Georgia, you have to play these games. Stop arguing that we shouldn't play these games. How about arguing that we need to be better prepared when we play them. These games give us more exposure than any CUSA we will play. Yes I understand it is often negative exposure if we get embarrassed but how about DONT get embarrassed. Show up and be competitive. Hell Watson could do that. (Sometimes)

Honestly thought Quinn was gonna try for a long field goal but nope.

This is the moral victory rationale.

only thing players and recruits remember is that UGA whooped up on weak opponent after the clemson game...

Well I think there should be a strategy to scheduling these types of opponents. We should start by playing the Miss States, Kentucky, and Vandy. Then after some success move up in the pecking order to the top pro programs.
