Opinions?

None of those. UAB is the only one with a shot but if we lose three AAC will go west but let’s wait and see how many we lose.

Who has a "name" or "brand" people have heard of? Who puts butts in the seats? Who does TV like?

Go with those.

I just think they're too far west, and on top of that would we even be a good move from the MWC?

RE: AAC Expansion Candidates
I don't know if they would leave the MAC, but I think Toledo would be a pretty good add.

Marshall and UAB would round out the 3.

Best would be East/West merger with MWC.

Vomit to every last one of them. Not even in the same universe as this league. They would drag us all down. If we lose three, we stay as is and continue to be a top 4 conference. I honestly don’t see us losing anybody. I think ESPN is about to drop some major cash to keep this league intact.

That would literally make no sense. Why would espn spend more money to keep us together?

Yet most of them have better programs than Tulane.

Because the plan all along was to dismantle the Big 12. Why else would ESPN allow Oklahoma and Texas to leave? The Big 12 is done, the AAC ain’t going nowhere. This whole thing was orchestrated by ESPN to make it the “P4” then eventually the “P2”. It’s all coming together now.

Quite possibly the funniest thing I’ve ever read on this board. You have no brand, you have no market, you have no academics. Winning a few football games in 1988 and being lucky that Brett Favre played 20 years in the NFL is not a brand. USM was never relevant and before y’all come come on OUR board thumping your chest about the past and beating Tulane in 1977, understand that Tulane is the future of college football, that’s why the AAC chose us and doesn’t even know who you are.

You know IF we leave for the big 12 I want you to come as an honorary fan. Your sarcasm is simply amazing!
