Never said anything otherwise. Clearly the county did not follow proper procedures. They did not follow the score marks on the ballot of where to fold it, and they used a machine to fold them that's not designed to fold ballots. Additionally, it looks like the machines were not cleaned properly. Further, the machines were bought way back in 1998. They most likely need replaced.

But this points to a bigger issue...elections are expensive, and if you want to cry for more integrity, you need to be willing to pony up the dough to make that happen.
