Although sad to see players leave a program, this is one that doesn't surprise me at all. Vanessa really never got on the floor to show what she was capable of, so no loss there, in my opinion. Frees up one spot, and only pray Coach Milton-Jones finds someone with skills to help improve our program. Go Monarchs!

At DMJ's old program (Syracuse), they have 11 or 12 players in the portal. It's just the cost of doing business this year.

She has literally been gone the entire time she’s been here. I think she was going to be good but who knows? No big loss as she wasn’t around to miss.

Ladies have 11 new players: looks like 4 freshman, 4 transfers and 1 grad transfer. Along with a new asst coach. We'll have a totally new team. Should soon announce once pieces are together.

Who are the five transfers because I only count two: the center/forward from Miami and the guard from Syracuse? I can’t wait to hear and I hope it is some more mobile front line help!

Yes who Is new assistant coach. I'm seeing same thing. 5 current players on roster 4 incoming freshman 2 transfers from Miami and Syracuse

I vaguely remember seeing her play. This looks like a solid get!

How could I forget the name Iggy. She's a really skilled player and played with high intensity in the ODU vs FAU games last year. I saw her on many occasions get in the faces of her teammates, pumping them up to play better. Not sure Brianna Jackson (Transfer from UM) and Iggy were once teammates at Univ of Miami, but I like this move. With everyone we have on our squad today, no question Iggy may become the missing piece we need to win the CUSA trophy. I only hope they gel well. Nice to have you aboard Iggy, and Go Monarchs!

Joy Campbell, Kay Clark and Joy Rouse. All guards. The first person is a transfer from UC Riverside, the second is JUCO transfer and the last is a high school recruit from Arkansas. Go to ODUWBB for full write-up. It is quite an overhaul!!

Correction! It is Alex Rouse and I believe we now have a fifteen player roster. I am excited about the team but that is a lot of mouths to feed. I am also excited that we now have two local players. I would imagine that we would be in the pre-season top three teams in the conference!
