RE: Election Update from Arizona
Quote:Well-known businessman and inventor of the bar code, Jovan Pulitzer who has questioned the election results using his vast knowledge in the field of codes says that he was offered $10 million dollars if he would drop his investigation into the election. I’m not the smartest person alive, but I have to believe that if someone is willing to pay you $10 million dollars, they have something to hide.

It is a program developed by Pulitzer that will be used in the investigation and recount of Maricopa County of Arizona. It may also be used in other audits of the votes from the 2020 election.

Pulitzer claims that his method can determine the number of legitimate votes that were cast in the election. He was the first one to notice the image used on ballots in predominantly Democratic counties compared to those from Republican counties and the ink used in the Republican counties can cause the machine not to count many of them.

Inventor Jovan Pulitzer was on with attorney and professor David K. Clements this past week’s “The Professor’s Record”. The professor described the interview as such:

I am joined by a modern day Benjamin Franklin. Jovan Hutton Pulitzer is a world renowned entrepreneur, inventor, and most importantly, a PATRIOT. Jovan holds HUNDREDS of patents on technology used by billions of people around the world.

He is also the chief authority on kinematic artifact scanning. He can detect a myriad of different forms of fraud on any piece of paper. This includes ELECTION BALLOTS. Meet the most feared expert in the world that every corrupt politician is trying to stop. Our country’s future hangs in the balance. We address it all on this episode of The Professor’s Record.

At one point during their exchange Pulitzer shared:

Two things. I had, and just so you know how bad this is, and I’m going to give you a nugget that nobody outside of my inner circle knows this. I got offered $10 million dollars to not do this.

I have no price. It can’t be done. This is about America. There isn’t enough money in America to turn us communist and to sell out America. I’ll take a bullet to the head. And, maybe that’s what’s waiting for me.

The barcode was invented by Norman Joseph Woodland in 1951. If the first sentence is completely made up BS you don't really need to read the rest.

He actually invented the CueCat which read bar codes a
little over 20 years ago. It was lazy writing by the author of Crimson's link. The device was a commercial flop. However, the guy is obviously "techie smart". As for the article it's most important bit of information is the attached video. I treat it as another data point. Our slanted MSM ought to be out there investigating claims like this. The majority of media are evil and helping to create division and destroy.

The interview starts 45 secs in and gets good about 4 mins in. Very compelling and destroys most of the useful idiots who claim no fraud cuz we did recounts.

If they are scanning actual ballots that is good. The trick is to audit the ballot for signature, legal address and authenticity of the ballot. I doubt they are drilling down that far.

Well, you don't sign your ballot.

If you're just talking about absentee ballots, that process already took place before the vote was determined to be valid. Arizona has in place a process for challenging and curing ballots...that again, already took place.

This site gives a detail of what would have taken place with cites of the state law.
https://ballotpedia.org/Processing,_coun...ng_ballots

Absentee ballots are never opened unless the vote signatures match after any challenges or curing, and those final decisions are made by a bipartisan group. Regardless, you don't know who the voter voted for until the signature is accepted as valid and the envelope is opened.

Most states that I've read up on do not keep the signature envelopes together with the ballots after they are opened to keep voting secret, so any comparing now is not possible...if they even kept the signature envelopes after the signature was determined to be a match and the envelope was opened.

Why we need to show ID to vote. Absentee ballots should be sparingly granted and done in advance.

Well , you see that is a problem. They keep my signature on the voter roll when I vote IN PERSON. They can actually go back and verify it. Are you saying they do not keep the signature of mail in voters thus have no verifiable trail of that person actually voting?

The states run their own elections...they are able to determine how they want to handle it.

It's more than evident that most voters want the option to vote by mail...especially this past year with the pandemic.

Reading the procedures in place for Arizona, I'm more than confident in them. Bottom line, the amount of work that would need to happen to get just one fake absentee vote through, much less the staggering amount needed to effect something like a presidential race, shows why it's never been shown to happen.

And in all actuality, the Arizona procedures for absentee ballots are just as much if nor more secure than showing your ID to vote.

Quote:SIGNATURE VERIFICATION & TABULATION
When a voter is mailed an early ballot, their ballot package includes the actual ballot and an early ballot affidavit envelope. This affidavit must be signed by the voter in order for their ballot to be counted. All early ballots are reviewed by the county before they can be tabulated. The county verifies in their system that they did actually mail the voter the early ballot and confirm the signature on the early ballot affidavit matches the signature on file with the voter registration record. County election staff receive professional training to verify the signature on the affidavit envelope matches the signature on the voters' registration record.

If the signature is a match, the ballot proceeds to the Citizens Board who then prepare the unopened ballots for tabulation. The Citizens Boards are made up of two board members of different political party affiliations. They confirm that the County Recorder verified the voter's signature and then they remove the ballot from the envelope, taking special care to ensure the privacy of the voters' ballot. The ballots are then transmitted to the tabulation room. If the county is unable to verify the signature, the county will attempt to contact the voter. Voters have until 5:00 p.m. on the 5th business day after a federal primary or general election to confirm/correct their signature.
