I know nothing of the situation, but the perception is here is a guy who has quite a bit of talent, who leaves us, presumably for greener pastures and bowl games. Has some P5 offers, and chooses LU coming off of a top 25 season. I imagine there could be more to the story but it’s not a good look.

did you read the earlier posts? GRADES. Couldn't get in to a P5. Most likely grades were an issue here only in your mind is it not a good look for us, I think you are overreacting

Yep. Once you announce you’re transferring, they aren’t going to hold open your scholarship. We don’t have enough to go around to hold one for someone who isn’t committed to the program.

While we're on the subject of the Wilders. Does anyone else think it's weird that BW hasn't landed any meaningful gig since he was fired? Not even coaching, broadcasting, fundraising, administration???

Of course we don't know it he had offers he turned down, or if he decided to take a break, but yeah, I have been very curious about that.

Bobby is working as a private QB coach in Norfolk. Same thing Ron Whitcomb was doing before he was hired by UofBuffalo.

He had a broadcasting deal with ESPN when COVID hit. Im not sure where he stands now, but he's certainly doing great.
