Taking 3 out of 4 from Kent State at Kent, is very impressive. The Rockets have steadily improved this season. Are they going to win the MAC? No. But where this time was at the beginning of the year and how they are playing now is exciting. New coaching staff and recruiting is going to take time and patience. But it's really neat to see the progress. Btw, Friday, May 14th they are playing at Fifth/Third Field at 7pm against some team to the south. Go reason to head downtown for a Friday night. There is a $8 admission charge.

Kent is down this year, having a losing record overall and in MAC play.

Rockets would be doing great if they had any kind of pitching. UT leading the league in runs scored and HRs, but has given up 240 runs, which is 50 more than any other team in the MAC.

Isn't any. MAC eliminated championships for this year in a bunch of sports as a cost-savings measure. Included baseball, softball, soccer and some others.
