RE: Transfer portal
Toledo's Charles Jones is leaving. He actually never played for Toledo since he opted out of the entire season. At least 1 more player will need to transfer since Toledo is currently 1 over the scholarship limit for next year.

RE: Transfer portal
Stole this list of transfers out from someone on Bobcatattack who went through the verbal commits page. Added the transfers in as well.

I'm not surprised. He can add value to a high major program and I think we're going to take a step back or be about where we were this year next season.

Losing Coleman and El-Amin is quite a hit to the Cardinals. That is two of their three best players.

RE: Transfer portal
lots to play out still, and some of these kids may choose to return. all in all here's the meaningful losses

akron: reece, super athletic but limited part time big and marshall, a similar skill set but difficulty cracking the rotation

ball st (biggest losses): 2 talented veteran guards in el-amin and coleman. neither led the cards to success but both are good.

cmu: several so-so pgs

kent: injured but excellent guard in nuga, who knows if he will end up playing again in college, jordan was a capable bench guy

emu: top big guy in groce who is probably best as a high level role player than the go to guy he was at emu. might see him transfer up.

toledo: talented back up forward acunzo had a good upside with improved strength and conditioning but was stuck behind 2 more developed jr forwards

wmu: lost a lot of guys but only wright really hurts. he is a good mid major big with 3 years ahead of him and those aren't easy to find.

coming in to the league so far

BG: curtis is very talented but hasn't found much success as he's moved around the college scene. could be a good mac player or be gone by midseason

Buffalo: jack is a good veteran guard w size who should do well in the mac

kent: carrey was one of the better pgs in the A10

wmu: hastings was a big east guy who started slow at butler, upside but wait and see, while norman was a good A10 player who will upgrade their backcourt over cruz and boyer-richard

transfer portal is huge so lots of recruiting/rerecruiting going on over the next few months. mac actually looks pretty good in terms of losses so far outside of ball st
