Why?

They're regulated already. There is no there there. They count paper ballots all the time and compare them to the Dominion machines. They've never found a material error.

Just my opinion but...
Retractions do them no good... they’ll come across as financially forced and do nothing to benefit them in the court of public opinion. Dominion is fighting for its life after these baseless attacks and I have to believe they’ll have little desire to settle.

This will go all the way. Dominion is dead. No pubic official will want to have anything to do with signing a contract with them due to the publicity. There are plenty of other vendors that wont cause a backlash if they are used. At their heart, Bureaucrats live to cover their own butt. So, few will see any upside weathering the backlash that will result in signing a deal with Dominion. As for Lindell, he is simply repeating something he read elsewhere.

With respect to the actual law suit, Dominion can sue Mike for all they want, but as long as Mike has a published source he can point to---Dominion's case is screwed. As long as the published source (or lawyer) has a affidavit they can point to---the lawyer or publisher is covered. In the end, the only person Dominon can go after is the original source and they probably dont have any money---certainly not 1.8 billion. In the end, these law suits amount to little more than a desperate ploy by a walking dead company.

There are enough signed affadavits that DOminion can never win.

However, if they allow it to go to discovery, DOminion can LOSE big time.

Keep in mind, there is a reason Texas rejected them state wide. Do they really want the planet to know how easily their systems are hacked into. And all the games that can be played, like adjudication?

Wake me when they hand over discovery.
