Just set the Temple away date well in advance so a work trip can be scheduled around it

If elections have consequences, it would stand to reason that actions have consequences.

I think covid restrictions are a good excuse.

I don’t believe there will be restrictions in September. I’m sure you’ll want to argue otherwise and add a political spin in 3..2..1...

I got my second vaccination a week ago tomorrow. I will continue to wear a mask and maintain social distancing as my healthcare professionals instructed me. There will probably be mask and social distancing mandates at football arenas and I will comply with them for both health and economic reasons. At 73 with the vaccines available to most Americans by July and August I will be attending games this season if the government of the people and the citizens of this great nation do everything they can to get us through this deadly virus which has become the number one cause of death in the United States. Please do your part, get past the demagoguery, be safe and save as many lives and jobs as possible.

Agree 100%. My cousin is an pulmonologist in New Orleans and he told me not to f*ck around and take chances. It's not that hard. Getting our first shots next week.

I don't get it...

How many dozens of drugs have been thru years of development and testing, then years on the market, only to discover that they end up causing a myriad of health issues, that any number of lawyers will assist you in the class action lawsuits.

Yet, this vaccine was developed and "tested" in 6 months, and so many people are eager to jam it in their arms, for a disease with a 1% death rate.

Maybe I'm just stoopid?

The vaccine technically isn't fully approved by the FDA yet. It is an "emergency approval", and when you get the vaccine you have to sign a form saying you realize that.

That said, a vaccine isn't a "drug", but proteins that are designed to cause an immune response from your own body.

My point remains the same.

I'll wait a few years and see what comes of this. And, take the 1% risk of death.

Some things are unavoidable, but I can promise you, I will be looking for an alternative to Levi's the next time I need to replenish my stock of blue jeans.

Back on topic, the league released the 2021 football schedule today.

I'm sure a few members here will add that to their boycott list too.

Well yeah, except for those of us who know how to hunt and fish and/or have their own gardens. Idiots like you better hope the grocery stores here dont wind up like those in Venezuela since so many in America wanna go the socialist route. If that day ever comes, lots of us will still have plenty to eat. I'd be happy to share w/ the starving libs...........NOT.

There will be an even clearer distinction between how different types of states are run and their prosperity. The new government is tipping the scales (already) by giving a greater proportion of funding to certain types of states will only delay the inevitable.

We see that in Canada. Take a guess which provinces are the most liberal...

Transfer Payments To Each Province
