RE: Tulane Game Thread
This team is just error prone. Two on one break and they turn it over

We see this every game where they just play awful. I believe part of the issue is they play too fast.

That was awful but it was set up by kw having no awareness and passing to a forward rather than taking control of the break

Davenport was going for the big oop. A good thought, but he should have just taken the layup.

Brutal last 5 minutes after a solid first 15. Need to be better with the ball. They are better than this team, need to show it in the second half.

That's a good point. It's hilarious to me that Davenport is still listed as a guard. He's a combo forward/3-and-D guy, not a ball handling guard.

TY guys for the thread. I don’t have the station. Will read thru the thread later.
If anyone doesn’t mind, could you post a score here and there in the thread. It gives a lot of context.

Go Bearcats and Chiefs (Kelce)!

Nah, Williams made the correct pass there. Davenport had a dunk.

23 turnover in first half. We're watching the bottom of the American

Not bad. Eason certainly looks much better today than he did at Temple.

Still way too many turnovers. But I saw UC actually having some organization on offense at times.

The effort as always is strong.

Ugly end to the half...but, still "undermanned" and out of practice and we're leading away from home. Eason needs to figure out how to catch a basketball though...thats starting to get to me.

Sure thing. Halftime score is 31-29 Cincinnati. As you've probably gathered from this thread, it has been an UGLY game. Both teams are giving a lot of effort on defense though, which is good to see.

RE: Tulane Game Thread
A Tulane poster on the AAC board mentioned that the one thing Tulane does well is force turnovers. The way they extend their D and play with energy, I see why. We need to take advantage of Tulane's aggressiveness by getting some guys cutting to the basket. Too much standing around behind the 3-point line.

Undermanned...meh. Missing 2 non-starters

RE: Tulane Game Thread
Our small guards are not doing much.

Saunders 0 points, 1 assist and 1 steal.
Adams-Woods 0 points, 2 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal

UC could really use a lot more production from that position.
