Bingo. He doesn't have to be Andre Turner but if he can do that, it would be huge.

Can he really play well sitting on the bench the whole second half? 03-banghead

It is what it is. Penny has improved over the course of the season. His weird rotations are who he apparently is...he’ll play 10 guys. Jayden will get mins and Boogie’s always on a short leash. Hopefully, we keep playing well and the odd rotations won’t harm us long term.

There's hard work, chemistry, and a lot of other things that figure into a solid program. Last year was a mess through no fault of Penny's with JW, injuries, etc. I think he is figuring it out and I am excited to see what happens moving forward. Sure wish our first Houston game was at the Forum instead of being at their gym, but we'll see.

Honestly I don't see a ton of changes in strategy...

I think Williams getting acclimated to playing has done wonders. But honestly this team is still flawed from a primary ball handler standpoint.

ALo can get into the lane...But that is mainly because teams let him...They are playing off of him trying to close passing lanes. That should be insulting to ALo and I cant think of any more motivation to improve my outside shot.

You don't see the difference in the offense?

Penny even said they are running the same offense as they were earlier in the season. They are rarely going to the "Lion".

Are they making more plays and shots...Seeing the floor better...Absolutely. But the strategy still looks the same...Execution is better.

Whatever it is the offense looks much more fluid.

The offense is run entirely differently. It doesn't look anything like the offense we ran before Wichita State.

Agree. Lots more movement, with and without the ball. The guys seem a lot more relaxed and comfortable on offense. And seem moreso every game.

Some of our fans can't tell the difference between 1 player moving and 5 players moving. Fortunately, not that many.

Ive seen a lot more cutting, starting with the last Tulsa game. I just wish they would learn when and when not to throw the alley oop.

I'd be happy if they stopped all alley-oops except the ones to Moussa within the flow of offense.

Yeah, the transition lobs are rarely working for us. Need to cut them out. Fat chance, though.

Just don’t throw them from halfcourt and don’t throw them when the guy is covered. It’s simple.
