Trust me, no one in the conference does anything based on something related to Tulsa.

They might be better if they did... like got rid of their Shiesty coach who lost to Tulsa by 40 points with a team filled with 4 and 5 star recruits...

when did i claim to know...i put "no timetable for a return" in the original post but said i think it will be soonish, that there are 2 options that he returns soon-ish or isnt returning at all, it would make no sense to come later ....the original statement said it was a "break", so im guessing soon-ish....i made it clear from the get go it wasnt insider info....very clear

All I know is he has been in contact with all the NC ACC schools, so maybe the homesick thing is legit.

He played with Gardner didn't he? If Dooley isn't zooming him every damn day he isn't really trying is he? Lebo recruited Gardner so I am not sure they have a previous relationship. Can you imagine? They already have some talented young guards in Newton and the freshman. ECU would be one legitimate defensive/rebounding center from being very dangerous NCAA team with Mills.

He’s from just outside of Asheville, while I would love to have him at ECU, Wake Forest makes the most sense. They have a new coach and he’s looking to turn thing around pretty quick, Mills would help that process along.

Nobody I talked to mentioned anything about any NC school outside the ACC.

Yet another game postponed for us, this time against Tulsa. What the hell is going on in our basketball program? How could our football team have done so well at isolating, having no games post poned, and we're falling on our face on hoops. No one is even on campus right now

Because the kids are human and it's the holidays. Hopefully it gets cleaned up and everything is reschedule with out too much trouble with two months left, but we may see something like in football where conference tournies are delayed or teams play games with less of a break. We could also see a couple extra games in Ft Worth to make up regular season misses to get a proper seeding.

I would rather have it early then late, the longer you can continiosly play and practice the better the rythm will be for the team. The kids are young and did AAU tourneys where they could play three games in a day. It's not ideal but for a few games they can squish stuff together and be fine. Some conference are doing the back to back anyway so it's not some sort of craziness to squeeze those in for make ups.

Well I hope ECU at least through their hat in the ring. I know it's not exactly next door it is absurdly closer than Houston. It's a program he would be familiar with in the same league. I doubt Sampson would object seems both understood this was a personal issue not a basketball or personality/school/program. Even though it's a long shot I will on occasion buy a lotto ticket. It's a dollar once or twice a year not really much risk.

UCF’s loss to Michigan doesn’t look so bad now considering they just beat top ten Wisconsin by 23 points...

Michigan led 69-29 with 10:10 left in the game. They called off the dogs and let the walk-ons get some playing time.

And they still beat a top ten team by 23..... what has ECU done again? Ever?

Yeah, FSU doesn't exactly scratch that itch of being closer to home. Seems like an easy excuse to me. I wonder what the real reason is.
