“I want to work on my body weight, accuracy, deep ball, leadership and my off-field development,” Ridder said. “Being in the film room and with the coaches, being a professional but in a college setting will help me become a better pro at the NFL level if I take steps forward now.”

This is what I wanted to hear from Ridder and I hope he follows through. He needs to spend the ENTIRE off-season working on his decision making skills and his mechanics.

I'm not sure what Coach Fickell and Coach Guidugli can do to help get Ridder hooked up with some elite QB's and elite QB developers/camps, but I hope they use their connections to get Dez hooked up with the best resources.

He is working with Jordan Palmer, basically the new QB guru who has work with Josh Allen, Joe Burrow, and a decent amount of other top NFL talent at the position.

Excellent! I could not have hoped to have heard better.

Not to mention, the older brother and lifelong mentor of Carson

Ridder Returning for Final Season
Ah, I'm wrong. He's Carson's younger brother. Not sure how many remember the weird few months after Carson demanded a trade that Jordan stuck around and tried to win the starting job.

But yeah, his track record with incoming QBs is incredible. Deshaun Watson and Pat Mahomes worked with him too:

I also saw a show about his camp on one of the sports shows. Carson has shown up time to time and helped Jordan out with the players. To have both of them help Ridder out would be very helpful to him.
