Way to go guys. You who supoort Trump are anti-free market and Anti-American. You hate our country so much for us to fall because Trump wants to be a dictator for our free country. You want him to take our rights away to vote for who we wanted to vote? There was no fraud. The fraud is is from Trump. He has blood on his hands, and anybody who supports this dictator.

It’s time for a coalition of conservative state AG offices to file anti-trust indictments against all these Tech Monopolies. Shouldn’t be all that hard. These companies are clearly engaging in anti-competitive behavior and have become pretty arrogant about it. They are engaging in behavior that is not in the public interest. Pick a friendly court and go get em.

Quote:I think of a hero as someone who understands the degree of responsibility that comes with his freedom.

Bob Dylan

Big Tech, the media, public-sector unions, foreign influence - - these all pose an immediate and dangerous threat to our liberty. All Americans need to recognize and do whatever we can to resist these threats.

Shame on the progressives on this board who are celebrating and defending censorship. The Chinese puppet that is about to occupy the White House will not lift a finger to protect our liberties. And it will not be long before many of you left-leaning fascists find yourselves on the wrong side of the imminent squelching of our American freedom.

BUT (and yes I understand and I appreciate my weasely habit of always finding a “but”), we do not advance the cause of freedom when we celebrate irresponsibility. Donald Trump, for all of the enormous good he did, has no interest at all in what is best for our nation. He demonstrated this week that he is perfectly willing to chop at the foundations of our Constititional republic simply in order to mollify his hurt feelings.

Posted on Twitter AFTER the Capitol was breached:

Quote:“Mike Pence didn’t have the courage to do what should have been done to protect our Country and our Constitution.”

Liberty necessitates that he have the right to say and post things like this, no matter how reckless or wrong. Responsibility necessitates that we be able to call him out as a self-centered p.o.s. when he does.

He could just start posting on a sympatico news site or create his own twitter clone. His followers would follow him there and the news media would as well. No need to be dependent on the mainstream channels.

The problem is about 40% of the population thinks he is the only one listening to them (and they might be right). This isn’t going to end well.

Whatever happened to the Constitution? Free speech? Are we as a country okay with one political side having the power to censor the other?

Apparently, at least half of us are. That's one reason (of many) why I think we have to split.

Now Apple and Google are canceling Parler. This isn’t the free market. This is Big Tech and Media colluding with each other to implement suppression of speech in a fashion reminiscent of the Communist Party of China. Curious the makeup and extent which the Democrat party is involved. And it isn’t just Trump, they are purging thousands of accounts. You may feel like you won, but when we have uprisings across the country, we all lose. Even if they are quelled.

Others, however, do not have that option.

Congratulations on spotting the absolute worst excuse for fascism.

Twitter employees are now being doxxed by several right wing accounts that haven’t been banned yet. The left is doing everything they can to ensure there is no peace and unity. They blew their majority before it started.

You think allowing a sicko like Trump to continue egging his supporters to continue on Twitter to do these acts of evil what they did to this officer or to take a fire extingusher to beat a head in on another officer who died? These types of people follow Trump, and they are out for blood and dead bodies.

I see the conservative view of free market capitalism and the first amendment is that private entities are mandated to carry the speech of the state.

You are simply one of the most dishonest and disingenuous people on this entire site.

We are clearly seeing in this thread and elsewhere a growing number of extremist Americans who no longer value free speech and the bill of rights.

Free speech is not just speech you agree with, its based on freedom of speech you disagree with.

If they can silence lies, they can silence the truth.

And don't give me this obviously BS response about the bill of rights applying to the government and free markets. This is NOT A free market. The government and politicians are using the monopoly of a few social media platforms who now control ALL free speech information to do an end around on the first amendment.

These same few monopoly platforms have HUGE government contracts.

You do realize Biden has pushed for a national lockdown and mask mandate. I think you need to review the definition of "dictator".

You aren't stupid, you are just totally dishonest.

You know full well the government is using a few social media platforms with a monopoly as a proxy to get around the first amendment.

They are in bed with the government and far left politicians with HUGE government contracts and protections.

If you dispute those facts at all you are nothing but a big fat liar.
